Data collection when using the OkarApp application
Data is collected directly from the data subject through the contract formalization questionnaire on the OkarApp© corporate website/app at the time of signing up for our service, providing all the information required by law.

Processing is carried out using automated means in compliance with the regulations and in accordance with the principles of accuracy, proportionality, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your confidentiality and rights. Our IT system is structured to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use and unauthorized access, complying with the required security standards.
To achieve the level of geolocation the program needs to function properly, OkarApp© may collect, use and share with affiliated companies precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or device. This location data is collected anonymously by OkarApp© so that it cannot be used to identify you personally, and it is used to provide the information necessary for the proper functioning of the contracted program and to improve its own products and location services.
Legal basis – Purpose of processing when using the OKÁRA app
The data provided by users is processed in accordance with Data Protection Law No. 1682, which regulates private information. On this basis, we agree to provide the following registration services:
● Informing users about the services they have requested through the forms and email addresses we provide for this purpose on our website.
● Responding to your enquiries and requests as well as possible.
● Carrying out informational and commercial campaigns presenting OkarApp© products and news.
Providing this data is mandatory in order to deliver the services offered to you; if you refuse to provide it, the company will be unable to fulfil the agreed services. You can revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data at any time. To do so, send an email to info@okara.app with the name of the registered company and the name of its representative, together with a copy of an ID document/passport to verify the identity of the holder. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 2 weeks and inform you of the outcome via the phone number provided when registering in the system.
